Bagley-Hicks is different! Unlike many property companies on the island of Lanzarote we handle only a small, high quality number of business and residential properties. Our philosophy, based on many years of experience in the Lanzarote market, works better for both buyers and vendors.

Danny started his career as a computer analyst for 9 years for Prudential Insurance Company. He then decided to start his own company and contracted to companies such as the Royal Bank of Scotland .

He often assisted people in their move to Lanzarote, guiding them in the right direction and to the right people, in order to make the move so much easier and more smooth. After having lived here for over ten years he now has many contacts which means he is able to help people in so many ways.

Danny has been working successfully in estate agency on the island for over two years. Therefore he can advise of many aspects of the buying and selling properties and businesses here in Lanzarote. He also knows the system well and can put you in touch with the right people to enable your purchase or sale to proceed smoothly.
Along with Wendy, he wants to offer a personal service and keep the company to a size that ensures each clients needs are met.


 

Wendy started her career as the Payroll Manager for the UK’s leading Caravan and Holiday Parks company. After having worked in this role for many years and having achieved all her personal goals she decided on a career change.

She promised herself that she would be an estate agent that would do exactly what she says she will do – a rarity in this business! She gained respect from her clients and from her competitor’s clients too, often arriving at the office to thank you cards and flowers, thanking her for an excellent service. She would probably have still been in the estate agency business in the UK had she not made the decision to relocate to Lanzarote.

Wendy had been coming to Lanzarote for over 12 years for diving holidays. Her hobby diving took her all over the world but she always visited Lanzarote at least once a year. She found the diving on Lanzarote superb, but also found the island felt like home from home. The local Canarian people and ex-pats, living on the island in harmony and the quality of life impressing both Wendy and Steve, they decided to buy an established successful diving business and made the move two years ago.

Wendy feels that with together with Danny, they can both assist existing residents and new residents find their new homes and businesses. She is confident that their clients will be pleased with the service that they will provide from beginning to end.
