launched
Having formed the business earlier this year in response to the need for a
truly independent, quality agency on the island Bagley-Hicks has now
launched their website. The website as well as including details of the
companies services, and property listings includes valuable advice on
moving to Lanzarote. The site will be constantly updated - keeping all of
our listings up to date. The site has been designed by Lanzarote based web
design and marketing company
Gandy-Draper.
Elle Draper one of the partners at Gandy-Draper says "We are really pleased

01.08.07 - Bagley-Hicks open for business
Bagley-Hicks is launched! Danny Bagley and Wendy Hicks formed Bagley-Hicks
with the intention of bringing a new paradigm to the property business in
Lanzarote. Both have much experience in property, Danny with a wide
experience of bars and restaurants in Lanzarote, and Wendy as an associate
partner with the world's largest estate agency whilst still living in the
UK (you can see the partners full profiles on the home page). They see business as 'match
making' between buyers and vendors, their mantra is 'Quality rather than
quantity!'. The other big difference with Bagley-Hicks is that you are
guaranteed the personal attention of the principals of the company
throughout a purchase or sale. They don't just handle sales, They can, and
will, help you with all your legal and business requirements, and any
other help you might need relocating to Lanzarote. This is a truly
